Sauna for exclusive use (free of charge during general opening hours). A games room with table tennis and table football is available. Ski/bike storage room is located in the parking garage. Large meadows with trees in front of the building.
(Ski) bus stop in front of the house, the ski bus and public transport are free of charge. Gondola lift, train station, post office, shopping facilities and the town center are within walking distance.
