Thanks to its central location, the village center of Scuol, the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railways, and the train station are each just a five-minute walk away. Two private outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the apartment’s separate entrance are also available for your use.

The apartment has been furnished and decorated by the owner with great attention to detail. Contemporary art, an interesting book collection, and a piano lend it a personal and special atmosphere. Whether you’d like to browse through a book, play the piano, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet, you’ll find plenty of space here to relax and feel at home.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The two renovated bathrooms feature high-quality fixtures and contemporary amenities.
